What type of insurance do you accept?
Unfortunately I am not able to accept insurance at this time. I plan to begin working with insurance plans in the next year - keep an eye on this space for more information!
Do you have a sliding scale for cash pay clients?
I have a limited number of sliding scale spots available for clients with financial need. Reach out directly and I'd be more than happy to talk through sliding scale options and whether any slots are open.
Do you issue superbills so I can seek reimbursement from my insurance company?
Yes! I would be happy to provide you with a superbill. Please note that I cannot guarantee whether your insurance company will reimburse you for our work together, nor how much they may decide to reimburse.
What are your hours?
I see clients in-person and online on Mondays and Tuesdays, and via telehealth on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
My first session of the day is 12PM, and my last session of the day is 6:00PM.

What is your cancellation policy?
Because therapy services are so limited in Portland and there are often people waiting for spots to open up on my calendar, giving me adequate notice allows me to give your appointment time to another client. For existing clients, I ask for 48-hours notice to cancel a session with exceptions for emergencies. For new clients, if you no-call/no-show for our initial session you may lose your spot and have to return to the waitlist. For existing clients, we'll discuss no-shows on a case-by-case basis.
